How to Wear
1. Pull hook fastener through buckle to create loop in strap. Apply to forearm below the bend in the elbow. Pressure pad should be located against tendon.
Tightening strap to comfort using rotating dial.
2. Tighten strap to a comfortable level of compression and secure the hook tab onto the strap. Tighten dial by rotating clockwise until desired compression level is achieved. Adjust dial to increase or decrease pressure based on activity level.
3. To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt. Pull fastener through buckle and slide off forearm.

Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
